This Privacy Policy explains how DepthPix handles information when you use our depth wallpaper application, website, and related services. By using DepthPix, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

DepthPix is designed for browsing, personalizing, downloading, applying, and sharing depth wallpapers. We collect only the information needed to operate, protect, improve, and support the app.

• Account information: if you create an account or sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile photo, authentication identifier, and login status.
• App activity: wallpapers, depth wallpapers, collections, clock designs, searches, favorites, shares, downloads, applies, unlocks, and purchase-related actions.
• Purchase information: subscription, lifetime access, donation, or unlock status and transaction identifiers provided by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card number.
• Contact information: if you contact support through the app or by email, we collect the name, email address, message type, and message you provide.
• Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, language/region, IP address, network status, identifiers such as Firebase installation identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic events.
• Notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, notification preferences, and notification interaction data if notifications are enabled.
• Ad and consent data: advertising consent status and ad interaction information handled through Google User Messaging Platform and Google AdMob.
• Shared favorites: if you create or open a shared favorites link, the app stores the wallpapers included in that shared collection and the share code needed to open it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect your contacts, precise GPS location, call logs, SMS messages, microphone recordings, camera images, or files unrelated to saving and applying wallpapers. DepthPix does not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide wallpaper browsing, search, collections, favorites, downloads, wallpaper apply features, depth previews, clock wallpaper features, and shared favorites.
• Create and manage accounts, login sessions, purchases, subscriptions, and premium entitlements.
• Show ads, rewarded ads, and consent controls where applicable.
• Send optional notifications about wallpaper drops, app updates, offers, account-related information, or content you may like.
• Analyze app usage, fix crashes, improve performance, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• Respond to support messages, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and platform requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

DepthPix uses third-party services that may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, and related infrastructure.
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform: ads, rewarded ads, ad measurement, advertising consent, and privacy choices.
• Google Play Billing: purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlement verification.
• Google Play Services: platform services required for sign-in, ads, billing, and app functionality.

5. Advertising and Consent

DepthPix may show ads, including rewarded ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. The app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request and manage consent where required. You can change available ad privacy choices from the app's privacy or consent options when shown, and you can also manage advertising settings through your Android or Google account settings.

6. Permissions

• Internet and network state: used to load wallpapers, account data, ads, purchases, and service content.
• Post notifications: used only if you allow notifications.
• Set wallpaper and wallpaper hints: used to apply selected wallpapers and live/clock wallpapers to your device.
• Google Play Billing: used to process subscriptions, premium access, rewarded unlocks, and donations through Google Play.
• Advertising ID: used by Google advertising services where allowed by law, platform rules, and your consent choices.

7. Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to run DepthPix, provide the services described in this policy, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our rights and users. This includes sharing data with service providers such as Google Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play Billing. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account management, purchase verification, analytics, security, legal compliance, and support. Some data may be retained in backups or logs for a limited time before deletion.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• You can use many wallpaper features without creating an account, although some features may require login or purchase verification.
• You can disable notifications in Android system settings.
• You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID choices through Android and Google settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.

Deleting an account may not immediately remove information we must keep for legal, purchase, fraud prevention, security, or backup reasons.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

DepthPix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12. International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Policy
