User Agreement – GlassPix

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a public offer between GlassPix LLC (“GlassPix, We, Us, Our”) and the user of the GlassPix mobile application (“App”), who has reached the legally required age to use the App.

By downloading or using the App from an official store (Apple App Store), you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, immediately stop using the App and remove it from your device.

1. Terms Used in this Agreement

• User: A person using the App according to this Agreement.
• App: GlassPix mobile application acquired from an official store.
• Service: The App, databases, and technical elements providing access to content.
• Licensed Content: Wallpapers available through proper licensing agreements.
• Exclusive Content: Original wallpapers, iOS 26 glass-style wallpapers, and other media owned by GlassPix.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Images uploaded by authorized users.
• User Account: An in-app account containing user information and access to specific App functions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

1. Provides Users a non-exclusive license to access content in the App and upload UGC.
2. The App is strictly for personal, non-commercial use: setting wallpapers on your device.
3. Functions available via the App:
   • Free access to Licensed Content and UGC.
   • Ability to upload UGC (authorized users only).
   • Paid access via subscription to Exclusive Content and ad-free experience.

3. Rules for Using the Service

1. Users must read and accept this Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy before first launch.
2. Certain functions require user authorization (Sign in with Apple).
3. Users must not impersonate others or use obscene/inappropriate usernames.
4. Only one account per user is allowed; account sharing is prohibited.
5. UGC must not violate copyrights, laws, or third-party rights. Users are fully responsible for uploaded content.
6. GlassPix may remove or restrict UGC violating this Agreement without prior notice.
7. Users can request full removal of their data by contacting at [email protected]

4. Intellectual Property

1. The App’s UI, source code, and Exclusive Content are intellectual property of GlassPix.
2. Users may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.
3. Exclusive Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing or redistributing is prohibited.

5. User-Generated Content

1. Only authorized users may upload UGC.
2. Users guarantee ownership or rights to uploaded content.
3. GlassPix is not responsible for verifying every image but will remove reported infringing content.
4. Users grant GlassPix a license to display and distribute UGC.
5. Users can report inappropriate content; GlassPix may block or remove offending users.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

1. Premium features are accessed via Apple ID subscriptions.
2. Payment is charged upon confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours prior.
3. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.
4. Unused free trial portions are forfeited upon purchase.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. The App is provided “as is”; GlassPix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. GlassPix is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
3. Users assume responsibility for the use of content; GlassPix is not liable for indirect or direct damages.

8. Termination

GlassPix may suspend or terminate access for violating this Agreement. Termination does not remove obligations incurred prior to termination.
