Live scores are not updating

Pull to refresh the screen. If a match has not started or data is temporarily unavailable, scores may appear once the provider updates.

Notifications are not arriving

Check iOS Settings to confirm notifications are allowed, then open More > Notifications and save your alert preferences.

Choose or change your team

Open More > Favorite Teams to select teams. The My Team tab uses your selected team for fixtures, standings, and alerts.

Ads or ad-free status

Ads may appear when enabled. If your app shows ad-free status, banner ads are hidden on that device.
